The star hotel project was with design consideration to design for maximum functional satisfaction and service facilities to support functions through out the project.

DESIGN BRIEF:

The star hotel had the requirements of:

150 Guest rooms and supporting facilities, shops, night club,bar & louge, restaurant, administrative office facilities, banquet hall for 300 capacity, banquet dinning, conference rooms for 100 capacity, board rooms for 50 capacity, and supporting facilities.and recreational facilities such as steam and sauna bath, gymnesium, swimming pool and supporting facilities.
